3. Custom Orders

All custom apparel is made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.

If a defect is discovered, Choice Prints will make reasonable accommodations to correct the defect or issue a new, non-defective item.

Customers are responsible for verifying designs, sizes, and spelling before final approval.

We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Choice Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, and designs—is the property of Choice Prints and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
